You have to constantly give the rubber band a little stretch to maintain its elasticity. A rubber band which is left for too long will cause the rubber band to break easily. I want to be a rubber band with good elasticity. I know that all the hard work I have putted in will reap a harvest and the dreams of our organization can be achieve.
Everyone is working so hard. The goal is no longer money for most of the people; the current goal is to hit the target each has assigned for themselves. Happy to see their growth(: I am yearning to see the smile on their faces during our debrief at the end of April.
